Configuring your Outlook or Hotmail account with Windows 8 Mail App

1. Click on the Mail app, on the Start screen.


2. Tap Settings after Swiping in from the right edge of the screen.

Or

Point to the upper-right corner of the screen, then click on Settings by moving the mouse pointer down, in case you're using a mouse.


3. Click or tap on Accounts, then click or tap on Add an Account.


4. Click or Tap on Outlook and type in your Outlook or Hotmail email address and password.


5. Click or tap on Connect.
