Configuring Hotmail or Outlook account with Windows Live Mail 2011 & 2012

To set up your Outlook or Hotmail account with Windows Live Mail 2011 or 2012:

1. Open up the application for Windows Live Mail 2011 or 2012.


2. Click on Email, in the Accounts tab.


3. Type in your Outlook or Hotmail email address, password, and display name, and then click on Next.


4. Select Windows Live Hotmail, in the Server type drop-down and then click on Next. (Only For Windows Live Mail 2011).


5. And then click on Finish.
